I advise agencies on strategies to accelerate their PL quoting process.
How I help VIAA Members:
As a service coach I help with getting their raters set up and working efficiently. I also go over carrier appetites, help find options for hard to place risk and educate on telematics. The other major way I help members is through access plus, helping Members place business with carriers they don’t have directly.
Favorite Part About My Job:
My favorite part about my job is that I get to work with like-minded people who are eager to grow their business. When coaching its fun to watch new information get absorbed and see the member add new tools to their agency.

Bio:
Brett Weis joined the Valley Insurance family in January, 2023. He started his career working in the insurance industry directly after graduating college from Missouri State University. Brett brings his experience to VIAA in the role Personal Lines Coach. He provides a wealth of knowledge to members and will also focus on PL sales, book roll initiative and telematics.
