How I help VIAA Members:

As a Personal Line Coach, I’m allowed the opportunity to help members establish a consistent stream of high-quality leads that lead to long-term growth and a strong customer base.

Favorite Part About My Job:

My favorite part is offering independent agencies the opportunity to differentiate themselves from the agent down the street with business development and resources.

Fun Fact:

I LOVE sports! Favorite ones are football, basketball, hockey and boxing. I am a HUGE Steelers Fan

Bio:

I started my career in the insurance industry in 2008, working my way from a receptionist to an account manager and producer until 2019, when I decided to become a property adjuster. I have been a licensed property adjuster since then and still obtain my P&C license. In August of 2024 I joined the amazing Valley team to work with agencies as a Personal Lines Coach. Having a background in both the independent channel and claims handling, I enjoy coaching and serving as a resource to our members for growth, carrier questions, educational tools, and anything personal lines. I have 2 amazing teenagers, and I love to travel and be creative in my free time.
