POWERS Insurance and Benefits, along with sister company Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new headquarters which will be located in the City of St. Louis at 6825 Clayton.
POWERS and VIAA will occupy the 17,000-square-foot building’s second and third floors, and the first floor will be available for lease. E404, LLC is the general contractor, and Comfort Architecture is the architect for the state-of-the-art three-story building. Anticipated occupancy is Spring, 2017.

POWERS Insurance and Benefits, one of the largest family owned and operated independent insurance agencies in the bi-state region, has been located at 7745 Carondelet Ave. in Clayton, Mo. for nearly 25 years. Founded in 2006, VIAA is also located at the same address. The alliance generates more than $125 million in written premium and is the regional founding member in Missouri and Southern Illinois for the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA), a $6 billion national insurance coalition.
