A current member was having issues with growing new written premium. After reviewing prior production numbers and internal agency P&P's, I identified decreased production due to lack of quality incoming leads and lack of retention due to poor customer on-boarding. A year long action plan was put into place to improve the number of quality lead sources and to help establish solid customer on-boarding strategies. The agencies quote volume increased by 200 in less than one year, the agencies retention improved by a couple points, and new written premium increased by almost 30%.
