Michael has been critical in the develop and implementation of VIAA’s current member on-boarding training program and ongoing development of our members. Working directly with both new and existing members in both Missouri and Illinois territories. By using a tailored holistic agency approach, Michael helps our members create growth, increase profitability and improve retention, while providing solid best practices for agency owners and their staff.


Prior to joining the VIAA team, Michael worked within the Captive market for 18+ years. He has been an Agency Owner for Allstate Insurance, as well as an Agency Development Manager for an 11.2 Million-dollar book of business overseeing 3 separate offices. He has an extensive sales background and has been a top sales producer. In his managerial roles he has managed a staff of up to 50 plus employees and 3 separate departments. Michael, specializes in enhancing efficiencies, providing sales and support staff training, while helping agency owners obtain and exceed their desired goals. In his 18 year plus tenure Michael has been trained by some of the top Property and Casualty Companies in the industry.

Michael grew up in the St. Louis County area and values family, friends, his co-workers and his local church. Michael has a strong desire in serving others with respect, while helping them obtain their goals and objectives.
