I help Agency Members secure direct carrier appointments. 

How I help VIAA Members:

I help Members secure, maintain, develop and grow carrier partnerships. I help Members navigate carrier issues they may be experiencing and provide them with resources needed.  I constantly listen to our Members to identify opportunities to deploy our Development Team; helping Members cultivate solutions and grow profitably.

Favorite Part About My Job:

Building relationships is a passion of mine and lucky me that I get to do that every day with our Members, Company Partners and VIAA Team. It is amazing to watch our Members soar beyond their goals and provide for their families at a level they lever imagined possible. I feel privileged to be part of such an amazing Global Family of entrepreneurs – it takes a village!

I have summited Kilimanjaro and taught by brother to scuba dive

Bio:

Born and raised in St. Louis, MO. Elizabeth graduated Cum Laude from Northern Arizona University with a double major in Anthropology and Spanish. She then founded Hip Handbags LLC, a fair-trade accessory wholesale company. She traveled to and from Thailand to oversee and manage the production of her merchandise, shipping and distribution to her retail store clients in the US. She next moved to Colorado and worked in Marketing and Sales for the Aspen Daily News and then the Aspen Sojourner Magazine. While working at the Aspen Daily News she opened as a co-owner, Parallel 15 Coffee and Tea, Inc., a coffee shop in downtown Aspen, CO. Although Elizabeth loved Colorado, she also started to feel the longing to move back to her roots in the Midwest. Moving back in 2012 to work in the family business, she is now Chief Relationship Officer for Valley Insurance Agency Alliance, LLC. In addition to assisting agencies in their development, Elizabeth oversees agency foundation and manages relationships with the insurance companies VIAA represents. She currently serves on the Boards of The Hartford Agency Council, Safeco Midwest Constituent Council, Palomar Specialty, and Commerce Bank.  Elizabeth is happily married and living in the Central West End.
