I help work through strategies to increase commercial lines sales and help implement technology that can improve CL Sales and Service. 

How I help VIAA Members:

I help member agencies navigate the vast and complex world of commercial insurance. Specifically, I help define right fit clients, define and acquire right fit centers of influence, implement niche marketing strategies and use technology that simplifies and makes commercial insurance workflows more efficient, more profitable and leads to better client experiences. Whether, looking for your first niche or sharpening your tools to swim further upstream, I meet Members where they are.  

Favorite Part About My Job:

Helping a Member land their LARGEST account.

I’ve moved 16 times in my life. My craziest move was from Germany to the States on the QE II (Queen Elizabeth the 2nd)


Like most people in the industry, I fell into insurance (by fate or desperation) and it stuck. I’m lucky to say I’m finally home (both geographically and with Powers/Valley). The majority of my career has been spent in the account manager space and I’m excited to focus more on Risk Management through Zywave, commercial lines coaching and education, and helping others sell and service in this space. I enjoy spending time with my fur baby, attending concerts, traveling, and rooting on the Cards and Blues.
